When you attend one of our classes at Satazure, you will learn all the major asanas of yoga. Learning these poses, and their benefits for the posture, mindfulness and wellbeing of the individual. With proper breathing in these poses helps promote positivity, relaxation, and rejuvenation of our bodies.
The yoga asana class begins with learning the core yoga poses. The Mountain Pose, the Child Pose and the Tree Pose, for example. After three or four classes you will be introduced to breathing exercises, short meditation, and further asanas. My classes also employ positive affirmations and self-help techniques, to help clear the subconscious from negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones.
